Please be advised because of Leonard's diligent hours of duty and heroic work, this feline has been captured.  The capture occurred  late on the evening of November 26th, thus making the fish community a safe place to swim again!    The paperwork will be processed later today and this culprit will be behind bars for a long time!  

Leonard shall be recognized  for his brilliant efforts in assisting the police in this matter!
